This course will give you an overview of the marketable change management methods and their application in practice. The three-part change management qualification program provides a comprehensive overview of the application of change management for those who accompany and drive change. The program was developed by CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG, the leading change management consultancy in Germany, and can be completed with the title Certified Associate in Change Management with EFQM qualification.

The basic training introduces the systematic development of change management methods. Participants gain initial knowledge of the techniques and how to use them best. Participants already experienced in change management learn a structure for systematically classifying existing expertise and experience.

The three-stage qualification program with the completion of the certification as a Certified Professional in Change Management focuses on systematically understanding the methods and their practical application. It also serves as qualified proof of your CV and daily work competence.

The accumulated learning hours in this course can be counted as PDUs. The respective certification organization, e.g., PMI or ACMP, may finally accept them.
